Hi! My name is Smokey! I was adopted several months ago from the shelter after being found as a stray, but my family returned me to the shelter to try again. I am about 2 years old and an Akita-type dog. I weight 57 pounds. I love people and will jump up for hugs and kisses. I met some children the other day when I was out for a leash walk and I reacted the same way to them that I do to bigger people. I may not be fond of other dogs (but if you know about Akitas and similar breeds, you know that this is often the case). I have a stunning coat and am really quite a looker, if I do say so myself! I am fixed, microchipped and updated on my vaccines. Thanks for considering me and bye for now!
